The loco is supplied as a rolling kit which can be detailed and painted to your own standard.		The loco is designed around providing enough room for two standard type 063 car batteries.

Supplied finished loco or rolling kit

• Rolling kit -supplied in grey primer leaving you to -

  • fix cab sides

  • make up and fix smoke box door (potential to make it hinge for access)

  • chimney - we glue ours on, but could be hollowed to allow smoke unit to be used

  • safety valve assembly

  • leaf springs to battery side plates

  • make up and fix dumb buffers (wood not supplied)

  • drill and fix front coupling

  • fix works plates (not supplied as standard)

  • painting

  The above options allows for more scope for detailing work to be carried out. No welding required, just drilling and bolting.

• Includes 4QD 120 24v controller - all pre-wired

• The Orange hunslet shown is No. 1 and has been detailed with dumb buffers which are not standard

• Locos are made to order and due to their complexity will take a minimum of 2 weeks on top of any current lead times

• Optional extras include- Rivets to smoke box, quick release battery connectors, controller upgrade, and name plates
